We were very pleased with the services provided by Casabyowner. We chose not to use their title company but you might as well. Our house sold with the first visitor, but we had lots of inquiries. Nash, thank you so very much for your help in selling our house. Our home sold in about 3.5 weeks. During this time we received lots of calls, e-mails from out of state prospective buyers and had several people stop by to see the house. We heard about CBO from an acquaintance (word of mouth) and this news indirectly saved us more than $7,000 in real estate agent fees if we had opted to go thru the traditional home selling path. We wanted to relocate, but did not have a job in the new location so we felt that we could take the time to sell the house ourselves. We met with Nash on Saturday, he took pictures and put us on the net. We were contacted before the For Sale sign was put in the yard! Litterally the first people who saw the house bought it for investment purposes. Now we are renting it back until we move. Things could not have worked out better. Awesome Performance!! Casa by Owner is the only way to sell your house in El Paso. My wife and I have bought and sold houses by owner and with real estate agents.
