It's unbelievable how easy it was. I had my home listed with an agent for months without any success, but when I decided to sell it myself through casa by owner, it sold in less than 6 weeks. I believe in your process and your Reps and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks again casa Danny |

I consider Casa By Owner a blessing.First because we had refinanced our home earlier, we were penalized $5600.00 for selling the home before the 5 yrs were up, so by listing it with a realtor, not only would we have commission but this additional funds. By listing it with Casa By Owner, it allowed us finaincal relief in putting our home up for sale and to received as much of our orginally down payment back. Nash made me feel so at ease since my husband was in Korea serving our country at the time. If you would like to hold on to your money, then Casa By Owner is definitely the way to go, but if you want to meet some really nice people, CASA by owner is still the way to go. Thank you Nash for all your help and support. Our home sold within 3 wks of listing it and the calls will start immediately. You will not regret using Casa By Owner. Many thanks to Nash and all Casa by Owner personnel. They provided all the tools I needed for FSBO, precisely when they said. Such promptness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I began to receive calls daily immediately after the sign was placed in the yard and had a contract on the house after only 2 weeks. Thank you Casa by Owner for giving us the option to have control and fun in the sale of our home, plus saving thousands and thousands of dollars in commissions. An additional $12,000.00 stayed in our pocket and that made us very happy. We salute the well thought out "complete" marketing strategy which made this process all so easy. Hey Casa by Owner!!! We thought we would never sell our house on our own, but you showed us it was possible and We did it!!!!!You were right, by having an open house every two weeks and printing my own flyers, putting up signs to direct traffic over to my property, that was very easy and we were able to save at least $15,000 in commission. We sold in 90 days, besides who else knows better what our house has, and we answered all questions on the spot without having to call anyone. Your program is the best, even the couple who purchased our house said that next time they sell it is going to be thru CASA BY OWNER. What a program!!!!! As you know we had our house listed with a real estate agent for 6 months with no success. After our listing expired we decided to utilize your services. Our only regret is that we didn't come to you first. Using your program we sold our home on our own in less than 60 days and saved over $9000 in commissions. Thanks for all your help!
