After having a bad experience on going on our own trying to sell our home, my husband and I decided to go Casa by Owner. I am very pleased with the work Casa By Owner offers individulas that dont want to use a realtor and pay from 7%-9% of the value of the home to them. Those fees for any home buyer should be profit when selling their home. Again, Thanks and congratulations with this business |
