I want everyone to know that you never need to use a realtor again again and pay those high cost commissions. You can do it yourself with Casa by Owner. This was our first home, so we had no idea on what to expect or how to sell a house. The Great advice given by Nash, the Law Firm and the Title Company made it easy. We received calls and e-mails from people across El Paso and from out of state as far away as North Carolina, who seen the house on the Internet.
